OverWatch-WM is a cellular enabled Well Monitoring controller.  It is a self-contained timer, motor control and tank monitor that does not rely on network access and data center to operate.

• Tank level – Improves operators’ bottom-line by reducing the frequency and labor expense to send a pumper to visually inspect and record production at each site.
• Motor System – Motor run time allows operator to predict and schedule maintenance before failure.  Error detection allows for immediate service call to minimize down time.
• Tank Full – System automatic shutdown when tank(s) reach preset limits, thus preventing unnecessary spills and the associated cleanup cost.
• Pre-trip Warning – Allow operator to schedule truck in advance to sell a load of crude oil.  This reduces down time and maximizes revenue for the site.
• Level Dropping – Knowing when a tanker truck removes a load of crude or possible theft.

• It is also suitable to watch over water towers, pump stations and natural gas pipeline compressors.
• Equipped with multiple analog and digital inputs for monitoring of tank levels, pipeline pressures, tank float switches, thief hatches, motor vibration or rotation sensors, etc.  The applications are endless.
• Optional add-on daughter card further expand system function. e.g. Analog Inputs, Digital Inputs, High-speed Digital Input Counters, Digital Outputs and Modbus RTU (RS-485).
• Surge protected universal AC 120~277V 50~60Hz power input with optional solar capability.
• Protected in a fiber reinforced polycarbonate enclosure, the outdoor unit will operate from -40^oC to +60^oC (-40^oF to +140^oF) @ 10~90% relative humidity.
