The Encompass™ Dashboard is a component of Innotek’s OverWatch ecosystem. It is an integral part of Innotek’s Industrial IoT solutions, allowing customers to Be Connected to, Be Informed about and Be in Control of their remote site’s operation from anywhere at any time.

Encompass is Innotek’s online portal allowing OverWatch systems customer to gain real-time and historic insight into their remote operations.  The most immediate effect is the reduction of labor and vehicle expenses by reducing the frequency of onsite inspection and adjustment.This increase in efficiency saves operator time and money.  Encompass also provides up to two years of historic information, allowing customers to study trends and make operational adjustments as necessary.  Operators can now predict impending failure and allow for early planning of maintenance task to reduce downtime.  Altogether, Encompass helps operators to work smarter and not harder.

Below is an example of a typical pump and tank dashboard showing current tank levels, system temperature, radio signal level, plus other customization. Dashboard users can choose from a list of standard time range to display such as last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days or even customize the range up to 2 years.

Below is an example of a 30-day graph showing chemical tank daily consumption and when supply refill happens. This saves both time and truck expenses that would have otherwise been needed to ensure that tanks did not run empty.

Below is an example of daily production for the past 14 days, allowing operator to watch for issues and schedule when to visit site.
