PumpJack Control

Our OverWatch pump controller is tailor-made for low-production sites producing from one barrel (BBL) of crude each day to 20 BBL. Operators can now reduce the number of site visits each week to save labor and truck expenses, allowing for a typical Return on Investment (ROI) in under 18 months.

Oil Tank Monitoring

Similar to pumpjack control, our OverWatch system is well-fitted to watch over small tank batteries across rural America. Together with our Encompass Dashboard, operators can now monitor levels and trends remotely from anywhere at any time. Additionally, operators receive immediate notification upon sudden level drop like when a truck is offloading crude oil for sale. These features help operators to reduce the number of site visits, thus saving labor and truck expenses.

Chemical Tank Monitoring

Our sensor technology is specially designed to accurately measure levels of any size tank from a small one with 100 gallons of capacity and larger. Site owners and chemical suppliers can now remotely check inventory levels and schedule delivery at the appropriate time. Gone are the days of finding out the tank is still half full because of equipment failure or the tank already ran out of chemicals when the driver shows up to refill the tank.

Natural Gas Compressor Station

Natural Gas compressors in low-output sites across rural America represent over 80% of natural gas production systems in the country. Our OverWatch system provides an economical alternative to monitor gas pressures, gas flow rate, as well as engine operation to ensure the delivery of raw natural gas to the processing plant before reaching the consumers.

Our OverWatch system monitors Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) unit that ensures the proper grade and quality of crude oil are being unloaded from trucks and then transferred into one of the many 350,000 barrels storage tanks in the tank farm. The customer gets an immediate notification when the LACT unit switches into “By-Pass” mode when it encounters an improper grade of crude oil as well as other abnormal operations.
